Shipping Policy
We ship ordered HQ PRINT and ORIGINAL manuals worldwide using regular Post Office and Express shipping.
An order may take up to 72 hours to process before being shipped. Of course, this does not apply to manuals sent in PDF, JPG and TIF formats which are sent immediately online. We do not usually process orders during weekends, unless it is a case of special urgency.
For your convenience, every shipment is assigned a tracking number so that you check the status of your order. Orders of manuals in PDF are not assigned tracking numbers. Instead, the client is given a direct link to download the PDF format file in 48 hours.
Once your order is shipped or sent online, it cannot be modified or cancelled. A refund is not possible. Nor do we accept returns of ordered manuals. Therefore you should always carefully check your order and ask all the necessary questions before making a payment.
We do not take any responsibility in case you give us an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please check if you provided a correct shipping address when placing the order. If an ordered manual is lost because of the mistake made by the client when filling in the address, he or she takes full responsibility for the loss.
Shipping Price
Shipping fee is calculated based on the item’s weight, zip code and the country of destination. We give real prices of Post-Office or Courier services as we never try to profit from shipping.
Delivery Time
Time of delivery varies depending on the country of destination and the means of shipment, but we are always looking for the quickest and most economical option.
